I was surprised to find out it was already on my two devices so check yours first (logo is simple design, medium/light blue and round, design looks like "oldfashion radio air waves", look for the image in the screen shot below on my post. Read thru the "AIRDROP" info and try it for free. Side note: there is some other transfer way involving the word "AirPlay" BUT that is a device you purchase! This gives all the info you will need to see if your two devices can do it.(I got to that page via Apple/Support/the search field I typed "AIRDROP" and the support page it brought me to I chose *at the bottom of the paragraphs are links. He said use AirDrop! Below is a screen shot I took from Apple's website. I went to Best Buy Squad Tec help (it was free advice) and wirelessly I did it. HI: I had 700 photos and also videos on my iphone 5s and wanted a really quick way to get these over to my iPad pro.
